俄烏戰爭爆發後，烏克蘭攝影師阿特姆毅然入伍，扛起相機與步槍，走上前線紀錄同袍的生死與軍旅日常。然而，現實的炮火遠比想像中殘酷，隨著戰友相繼陣亡，孤寂感與日俱增，感性逐步被血腥消磨，他一步步接近崩潰的邊緣。手中的鏡頭不再只是捕捉真相的工具，而成為非人道環境中維持人性的最後救贖。
在仇恨蔓延的戰壕裡，一個曾經溫柔的靈魂，最終會否淪為冷血的開槍機器？
After the outbreak of the Russia–Ukraine war, Ukrainian photographer Artem enlisted. Carrying a camera and a rifle, he went to the front to record his comrades’ lives and deaths and the daily routine of military life. The gunfire was far more brutal than he had imagined. As fellow soldiers were killed one after another, loneliness grew, and feeling was worn away by bloodshed. Step by step he approached the edge of collapse. The camera in his hands was no longer only a tool for capturing the truth. It became a last way of holding on to his humanity in an inhuman place.
In trenches where hatred spreads, will a once gentle soul end up a cold machine that pulls the trigger?
